Terms of service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of The Store and the purchase of products through the website.
By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
1. Online store
The Store is operated by a U.S. limited liability company. Products may be supplied and shipped directly from China by third party fulfillment suppliers.
The Store may update product information, pricing, availability, or website content at any time.
2. Product information
We attempt to present product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and other information accurately. Minor differences may occur due to manufacturing variations, display settings, packaging changes, or supplier updates.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory legal rights concerning conformity, defective products, inaccurate descriptions, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
3. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products under the applicable order terms.
The Store may decline or cancel an order where necessary because of payment issues, suspected fraud, inventory or fulfillment problems, pricing errors, legal restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If an order is canceled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
The payment method selected at checkout must be authorized by the customer.
The name appearing on a payment card statement may be the legal LLC name or the merchant descriptor used by the payment processor.
5. Shipping and fulfillment
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.
After shipment, delivery generally takes 8 to 16 business days.
Products are shipped directly from China by third party suppliers.
An order may arrive in separate packages because products may be fulfilled or transported separately.
Import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Refunds and product issues
Our refund process is governed by the Return and Refund Policy.
The Store does not require physical product returns. When a refund is approved, the customer may be instructed to keep or dispose of the product, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
The normal refund posting period is 5 to 10 business days after approval, subject to any shorter period required by applicable law.
7. Statutory consumer rights
Consumers located in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws retain all rights granted by those laws.
For consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom, applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, refund, and consumer protection rights are not excluded by these Terms.
For German consumers, statutory withdrawal rights under applicable German law remain available.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

This provision does not limit mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery or cancellation.

Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the customer's jurisdiction remain unaffected where such laws cannot legally be waived.
